We work with kids (5+), adolescents, and adults to help them meet their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs. We are a health-at-every size (HAES) aligned practice, and welcome folx of all backgrounds, sizes, and beliefs in our practice.

Our rates
At this time we do not accept insurance, but we are happy to provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance yourself if you have out-of-network benefits. We accept cash, check, credit card, HSA, or FSA cards. Please click here for more information about superbills and out-of-network reimbursement.
Initial appointment
Online or in-person, this is designated for us to get to know you and your history, and to develop a treatment plan uniquely tailored to your needs.

*Additional credit card processing fee may apply. If you are seeking assessment for ADHD, additional $200 computerized testing fee may apply.
Follow up appointment
Online or in-person, this time will be spent check in on how you are doing and make any changes that are necessary to optimize your care. Medication follow up visits are typically 30 minutes, but we will work with you to determine if you may need a 60 minute follow up. If you are interested in brainspotting or Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, the length and cost of your follow up visits will be discussed with your provider.

Neurofeedback
Available from the convenience of your home, neurofeedback is an innovative way to re-train your brain to improve areas such as concentration, sleep, depression, and anxiety. All consults with our neurofeedback expert are conducted online via our secured video conferencing platform. Must be a current Empowered Heart client, or have a referral from one of our partner clinicians.

*National average for one neurofeedback session elsewhere is $90-$125 .
*Clients typically require 20-40 neurofeedback sessions over the course of 2-3 months to see results.
